Ingredients
- 500g Chicken pieces
- 80ml Soy sauce
- 60ml Vinegar
- 4 Zehen Garlic
- 2 Bay leaves
- 1 TL Peppercorns
- 1 Onion
- 2 EL Oil
Instructions
- 1. Marinate the chicken pieces in a bowl with soy sauce, vinegar, crushed garlic, bay leaves, and peppercorns for 30 minutes.
- 2. Heat oil in a large pot and sauté the onion until soft.
- 3. Add the marinated chicken pieces and sauté until lightly browned.
- 4. Pour the marinade into the pot and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.
- 5. Season to taste if necessary and serve.
