Ingredients
- 60g Chia Seeds
- 400ml Coconut Milk
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 200g Fruits of choice (e.g. Mango, Berries)
Instructions
- 1. Mix chia seeds in a bowl with coconut milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
- 2. Let sit for at least 10 minutes to allow chia seeds to swell.
- 3. Top with fresh fruits and serve.
