Instructions

  1. 1. Wash the cherries and remove the pits. Cook them with the sugar and lemon juice in a pot over medium heat for 10 minutes until soft. Remove the pot from the heat and let the mixture cool completely.
  2. 2. Mix the flour and eggs in a bowl. Gradually pour in the milk and stir with a whisk until no flour lumps remain. The result should be a smooth, liquid batter.
  3. 3. Heat the butter in a small non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour a small amount of crêpe batter into the skillet and swirl to spread it evenly over the bottom. Cook each crêpe for about 1 minute per side until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter until you have 8 crêpes.
  4. 4. Roughly chop the cooled cherries. Shave the chocolate into small flakes. Cut the finished crêpes into quarters.
  5. 5. Fill a large bowl with the crêpe pieces, cherries, chocolate flakes, yogurt, and hazelnuts. Gently mix everything with two spoons so that the crêpes absorb the yogurt sauce but still have some bite.
  6. 6. Serve the crêpes immediately while warm or at room temperature. Enjoy the dish.
