  1. 1. Roll out the puff pastry. Spread more than half of the sour cream on one half. Distribute half of the ham cubes and cheese on top. Fold the empty pastry half over it.
  2. 2. Spread the remaining sour cream on the top pastry layer. Add the remaining ham cubes and cheese strips. Fold the final pastry layer over it. Cut the dough into strips. Gently twist each strip into a spiral and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. 3. Bake the sticks in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat for about 25 minutes.
  4. 4. Tip: These sticks also taste fantastic with smoked salmon instead of ham. Use about 180 grams of salmon for this variation.
