🍰 Ferrero Rocher Cake

Ingredients
- 1 Vienna base (light, tall, 3-part)
- 4 cups cream
- 2 pkts. confectionery (Ferrero Rocher)
Instructions
- 1. Set aside six Ferrero Rocher hazelnut chocolates for decoration.
- 2. Place the remaining chocolates in a bowl and crush them into small pieces.
- 3. Whip three cups of cream until stiff.
- 4. Mix the whipped cream thoroughly with the crushed hazelnut chocolates.
- 5. Divide this mixture into three equal portions.
- 6. Spread one portion onto each of the three cake bases.
- 7. Spread the top of the final base as well.
- 8. Stack the bases to assemble the cake.
- 9. Whip the last cup of cream until stiff.
- 10. Use it to coat the outer edge of the cake.
- 11. Reserve some cream for decoration.
- 12. Cut the six reserved hazelnut chocolates in half.
- 13. Place the halves on top of the cake's edge (this yields twelve pieces).
- 14. Decorate the cake as desired with the remaining cream.
- 15. Keep the cake in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
