Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 250 g sugar
- 250 g margarine
- 2 egg(s)
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
- 0.5 packet baking powder
- 125 g hazelnuts, ground
Instructions
- 1. Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough. Cover the bowl and place the dough in the refrigerator for one hour to let it rest.
- 2. Pipe or press the cookies into any shape onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the raw cookies for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (convection) until they are lightly golden brown.
