- 250 g sugar
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
- 0.25 Liter oil
- 0.25 Liter egg liqueur
- 250 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- a little butter
Instructions
- 1. Whisk the eggs, sugar, and vanilla sugar together vigorously. Gradually stir in the oil and the egg liqueur. Gently fold in the flour and baking powder (which you have already mixed together).
- 2. Grease a baking pan generously and dust it with flour. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat. Bake the cake on the middle rack for about one hour.
