🍽️ Quark balls – this is how easy it is

Ingredients
- 500 g flour
- 500 g quark
- 1 tsp salt
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 4 egg(s), size M
- oil (for frying)
Instructions
- 1. Mix the first seven ingredients into a smooth batter. Take two teaspoons at a time, shape them into small balls, and carefully place them into the hot oil. Fry them until golden brown and crispy.
- 2. Do not put too many balls in the pan at once. The batter needs room to rise. The balls will turn by themselves as soon as they are nicely browned and cooked through.
