Ingredients
- 250 g Butter
- 200 g Sugar
- 4 Egg(s)
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- 250 g Flour
- 1 Packet Baking Powder
- 250 g Hazelnuts (ground)
- 0.125 Liter Milk
Instructions
- 1. Beat the eggs, butter, sugar, and pinch of salt with a mixer or whisk until the mixture is light and frothy.
- 2. Mix the flour with the baking powder in a separate bowl.
- 3. Gently fold the flour mixture into the egg batter.
- 4. Stir in the hazelnuts and milk gradually until everything is well combined.
- 5. Pour the batter into any cake pan of your choice.
- 6. Bake the cake for about 60 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
