Ingredients
- 400 ml whipping cream
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
- 2 packets cream stabilizer
- 500 g quark
- 500 g plain yogurt
- 200 g sugar
- 2 cans mandarin oranges (alternatively 1 large can peaches or apricots)
- 250 g butter cookies
Instructions
- 1. Whip the cream together with the vanilla sugar and the cream stabilizer (a stabilizer for cream) until stiff. Place the bowl in the cold. Stir the quark until creamy with the natural yogurt and the sugar. Whip the cream until stiff again and gently fold it into the quark mixture.
- 2. Let the fruits drain. Fold them gently into the cream (cut peaches or apricots into small pieces beforehand). Do not stir anymore afterwards so that the fruits are not crushed.
- 3. Crumble the cookies into small pieces (for example, crumble them in a freezer bag).
- 4. Layer the ingredients either in individual dessert glasses or in a large bowl. Place a layer of cookies first, then the quark-yogurt cream. Finish the layering with a final layer of cookies.
- 5. Let the dessert marinate for a few hours before serving (best overnight).
