Ingredients
- 2 Liter water
- 4 kg sugar
- 30 elderflower umbels (can vary between 20 and 40)
- 4 orange(s)
- 2 lemon(s)
- 50 g citric acid
Instructions
- 1. Dissolve the sugar in boiled water. Add the elderflower heads, the sliced oranges and lemons, and the citric acid. Let the mixture stand for 3 to 5 days.
- 2. Strain the liquid through a fine sieve or cloth and fill it into bottles with screw caps.
