Ingredients
- 1 roll(s) puff pastry (from the refrigerated section)
- 1 bunch spring onion(s) (or 2 shallots or onions)
- 1 packet cream cheese (or sour cream)
- 150 g ham (raw or cooked)
- pepper
- a little salt
Instructions
- 1. Peel the onions and dice them along with the ham. Mix the vegetables and meat with the cream cheese mixture. Season everything with a pinch of salt and plenty of black pepper. If you like, you can stir in some Herbs de Provence.
- 2. Spread the filling evenly over the rolled-out puff pastry. Carefully roll the dough tightly and cut it into slices about 3 centimeters thick. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 3. Put the trays in the preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius fan-forced for about 10 minutes. Adjust the baking time depending on how golden brown you want them to be.
- 4. We often enjoy these little delicacies on Sundays, either hot or cold, for brunch. They are also great to take to parties. Of course, you can adapt the filling to your taste at any time.
