  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Pour a generous amount of olive oil into a pan and heat it up.
  3. 3. Wash and peel the potatoes.
  4. 4. Cut the potatoes in half.
  5. 5. Fry the potato halves briefly in the hot pan.
  6. 6. Halve the bell peppers.
  7. 7. Remove the inside of the peppers.
  8. 8. Cut the peppers into small pieces.
  9. 9. Add the pepper pieces to the pan briefly.
  10. 10. Mix the vegetables in the pan with the herbs.
  11. 11. Place the mixture into an ovenproof dish.
  12. 12. Quarter the cherry tomatoes.
  13. 13. Halve the mushrooms.
  14. 14. Cut the feta cheese into cubes.
  15. 15. Slice the onion into rings.
  16. 16. Peel the garlic.
  17. 17. Add all prepared ingredients to the dish.
  18. 18. Stir everything well.
  19. 19. Season the vegetable mix with sea salt.
  20. 20. Add pepper.
  21. 21. Add cumin.
  22. 22. Sprinkle hot paprika powder over it.
  23. 23. Place the dish in the preheated oven.
  24. 24. Bake the vegetables on the middle rack for about 30 minutes.
  25. 25. Stir the vegetables occasionally.
  26. 26. Check if the potatoes are tender.
  27. 27. Remove the dish from the oven once the potatoes are cooked.
  28. 28. Serve the warm vegetables.
