  2. 2. Scoop the flesh out of the shells with a spoon.
  3. 3. Mash the avocado flesh into a fine puree using a fork.
  4. 4. Dice the tomatoes into very small cubes.
  5. 5. Press the garlic through a press or chop it very finely.
  6. 6. Add the diced tomatoes, lemon juice, garlic, and yogurt to the avocado mixture.
  7. 7. Stir all ingredients together well.
  8. 8. Season the guacamole to taste with salt and pepper.
