Ingredients
- 2 Avocado(s) (ripe)
- 2 Tomato(es)
- 0.5 Lemon(s), juice from
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp Plain yogurt
- Salt and pepper, black
Instructions
- 1. Carefully cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
- 2. Scoop the flesh out of the shells with a spoon.
- 3. Mash the avocado flesh into a fine puree using a fork.
- 4. Dice the tomatoes into very small cubes.
- 5. Press the garlic through a press or chop it very finely.
- 6. Add the diced tomatoes, lemon juice, garlic, and yogurt to the avocado mixture.
- 7. Stir all ingredients together well.
- 8. Season the guacamole to taste with salt and pepper.
