🍰 Quick Quark Crumble Cake with Fruit

Ingredients
- 250 g Butter
- 250 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1 packet Baking Powder
- 500 g Flour
- 1 kg Quark
- 1 packet Vanilla Pudding Powder
- 200 g Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 0.5 Lemon, Juice from it
- 1 jar Cherry (drained or any other prepared fruit)
Instructions
- 1. Melt the butter and let it cool down slightly. Mix all the dough ingredients using the dough hooks of your mixer until a crumbly mixture forms. Set aside one quarter of the dough. Press the remaining three quarters evenly onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 2. Whisk all the filling ingredients well, excluding the fruit. Spread the mixture evenly over the dough. Top the filling with your favorite fruit and sprinkle the reserved dough over it like crumbs.
- 3. Bake the cake in the preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat for 30 to 35 minutes on the middle rack.
