  1. 1. Wash the potatoes and cut them into halves or quarters.
  2. 2. Strip the needles from the rosemary stems and crush the garlic cloves.
  3. 3. Place the potatoes, garlic, and oil in a baking dish.
  4. 4. Season the potatoes with salt and pepper and sprinkle the rosemary on top.
  5. 5. Bake the potatoes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius fan-forced for about 20 minutes until golden yellow.
  6. 6. Switch to top heat for the last 5 minutes of baking time.
  7. 7. Trim the hard ends off the green beans.
  8. 8. Put the beans in boiling water briefly to blanch them (cook briefly).
  9. 9. Dice the onions into small cubes.
  10. 10. Sauté the onions and bacon in butter in a pan.
  11. 11. Add the pre-cooked beans to the pan and heat them through.
  12. 12. Season the bean mixture with salt, pepper, and the chopped thyme.
  13. 13. Sear the entrecôte steak in a pan with oil on both sides.
  14. 14. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
  15. 15. Rub the meat thinly with mustard.
  16. 16. Slice the goat cheese.
  17. 17. Place the cheese slices on the seared meat.
  18. 18. Place the meat in the oven and finish cooking it at 160 degrees Celsius fan-forced for approx. 8 minutes.
  19. 19. Use the grill function or top heat at the end to brown the cheese.
  20. 20. Remove the cooked meat from the pan and set it aside.
  21. 21. Add the green peppers to the hot pan and sauté them briefly.
  22. 22. Deglaze the pan with the brandy.
  23. 23. Add the meat stock and cream to the pan.
  24. 24. Bring the sauce to a boil.
  25. 25. Take the oven potatoes and beans out of the oven or from the stove.
  26. 26. Place the potatoes and beans on the plates.
  27. 27. Place the entrecôte steak on the beans.
  28. 28. Pour the pepper sauce over the meat and sides.
