  3. 3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  4. 4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  5. 5. Bake the cake for about 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Let the cake base cool down completely.
  7. 7. Peel the bananas.
  8. 8. Slice the bananas.
  9. 9. Drizzle the slices with lemon juice to prevent them from browning.
  10. 10. Arrange the banana slices on the cooled cake base.
  11. 11. Separate the wafer bases from the marshmallow fillings of the Schokoküsse.
  12. 12. Press the marshmallow filling into a bowl.
  13. 13. Stir quark and sugar into the marshmallow filling.
  14. 14. Whip the cream with cream stabilizer until stiff.
  15. 15. Gently fold the whipped cream into the quark mixture.
  16. 16. Spread the cream evenly over the banana slices.
  17. 17. Place the cake in the refrigerator to cool down.
  18. 18. Quarter the wafer bases.
  19. 19. Decorate the finished cake with the wafer pieces.
