Ingredients

- 10 tbsp oil
- 10 tbsp flour
- 10 tbsp sugar
- 0.5 packet baking powder
- 4 banana(s) (alternatively 2 cans mandarin oranges)
- some lemon juice
- 10 large chocolate kisses
- 500 g quark
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 2 packets whipping stabilizer
Instructions
- 1. Mix all the dough ingredients until you have a smooth batter.
- 2. Grease a springform pan and dust it with flour.
- 3. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- 4. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 5. Bake the cake for about 20 minutes.
- 6. Let the cake base cool down completely.
- 7. Peel the bananas.
- 8. Slice the bananas.
- 9. Drizzle the slices with lemon juice to prevent them from browning.
- 10. Arrange the banana slices on the cooled cake base.
- 11. Separate the wafer bases from the marshmallow fillings of the Schokoküsse.
- 12. Press the marshmallow filling into a bowl.
- 13. Stir quark and sugar into the marshmallow filling.
- 14. Whip the cream with cream stabilizer until stiff.
- 15. Gently fold the whipped cream into the quark mixture.
- 16. Spread the cream evenly over the banana slices.
- 17. Place the cake in the refrigerator to cool down.
- 18. Quarter the wafer bases.
- 19. Decorate the finished cake with the wafer pieces.
