🍽️ Creamy Chicken Gnocchi Bake with Spinach and Curry

Ingredients
- 200 g spinach leaves, frozen
- 200 g cream
- salt and pepper
- a little Thai curry powder (red)
- 200 ml vegetable broth
- 1 onion(s)
- 500 g gnocchi (from the refrigerated section)
- 300 g chicken meat (or turkey meat)
- a little fat for frying
- 1 ball mozzarella (approx. 125 g)
Instructions
- 1. Add the spinach to the cream and bring the mixture to a boil. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of red Thai curry paste. Gradually pour in some broth until the sauce reaches your desired consistency.
- 2. Fry the gnocchi together with the diced onions for a short time until they are slightly crispy. Add the chopped chicken pieces and fry them briefly as well.
- 3. Place the gnocchi and chicken into a baking dish. Spread the spinach sauce evenly over the top. Slice the mozzarella or tear it into small pieces and sprinkle it over the bake.
- 4. Place the dish in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius (convection mode). Bake it for about 15 minutes on the middle rack until the top is golden brown.
