🍽️ Creamy Chocolate Tart

Ingredients
- 200 g Butter
- 200 g Milk chocolate (or dark chocolate, doesn't matter how many %)
- 100 g Chocolate (chopped)
- 100 g Powdered sugar
- 4 Egg(s)
- 1 packet Chocolate pudding powder (or 2 tbsp Cornstarch and 2 tbsp Cocoa powder)
- 0.5 tsp Baking powder
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 Pinch(es) Salt
- optional Cake glaze
- Fat (for the pan)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the butter into small pieces.
- 2. Break the chocolate into small pieces.
- 3. Place the butter and chocolate pieces in a pot.
- 4. Place the pot on the stove and set the heat to low.
- 5. Stir the mixture constantly until the butter and chocolate are completely melted.
- 6. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 7. Let the chocolate mixture cool down briefly.
- 8. Take a separate bowl.
- 9. Add the cocoa powder to the bowl.
- 10. Add the cornstarch to the bowl.
- 11. Add the baking powder to the bowl.
- 12. Mix the dry ingredients in the bowl well together.
- 13. Take a large mixing bowl.
- 14. Add the eggs to the mixing bowl.
- 15. Add the vanilla sugar to the mixing bowl.
- 16. Add the salt to the mixing bowl.
- 17. Add the sugar to the mixing bowl.
- 18. Beat the ingredients with a mixer until the mixture becomes light and creamy.
- 19. Slowly add the cooled chocolate-butter mixture to the eggs.
- 20. Fold the chocolate mixture in gently.
- 21. Finely chop the chocolate.
- 22. Fold in the chopped chocolate into the batter.
- 23. Add the prepared cocoa powder mixture (or the pudding powder) to the batter.
- 24. Gently stir in the dry ingredients to keep the batter airy.
- 25. Grease a springform pan or a tart pan well.
- 26. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
- 27. Preheat the oven.
- 28. Set the oven temperature to 175 degrees Celsius (conventional heat).
- 29. Place the pan in the oven.
- 30. Bake the tart for about 20 to 25 minutes.
- 31. Remove the pan from the oven.
- 32. Let the tart cool completely.
- 33. Decorate the cooled tart as you like with a chocolate glaze.
