  1. 1. Carefully cut small caps around the stem of the peppers.
  2. 2. Pull the caps out with a twisting motion.
  3. 3. Remove the inside of the peppers along with the seeds.
  4. 4. Cut the feta cheese into six long strips.
  5. 5. Fill the empty pepper pods with the cheese strips.
  6. 6. Place the stuffed peppers in a lightly greased baking dish.
  7. 7. Finely dice the onion or chop the spring onions.
  8. 8. Slice the tomatoes.
  9. 9. Add the onions and tomato slices to the baking dish.
  10. 10. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper.
  11. 11. Add a pinch of chili.
  12. 12. Add chopped garlic.
  13. 13. Sprinkle everything generously with thyme.
  14. 14. Sprinkle everything generously with oregano.
  15. 15. Spray the dish with oil.
  16. 16. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius top and bottom heat.
  17. 17. Place the baking dish in the oven for 20 minutes.
  18. 18. Stir the onions at the end of the baking time.
