🍽️ Creamy Mascarpone Raspberry Quark Dessert

Ingredients
- 1 container whipping cream (200 g, whipped)
- 2 containers plain yogurt (150 g each)
- 250 g mascarpone
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 500 g raspberries (frozen, not thawed)
- 100 g sugar (if you like, take more, up to 200 g)
- chocolate, white (grated)
Instructions
- 1. Put the quark, yogurt, and mascarpone into a large bowl.
- 2. Add the sugar.
- 3. Mix the ingredients with an electric hand mixer until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- 4. Whip the cream until stiff.
- 5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the quark mixture.
- 6. Take a bowl, preferably made of glass.
- 7. Put a layer of the quark cream into the bowl.
- 8. Put a layer of the frozen raspberries on top.
- 9. Repeat the layering until the ingredients are used up.
- 10. Grate the chocolate finely.
- 11. Sprinkle the grated chocolate over the dessert.
- 12. Place the dessert in the refrigerator for at least three hours.
- 13. Wait until the raspberries are soft.
