  3. 3. Mix the ingredients with an electric hand mixer until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  4. 4. Whip the cream until stiff.
  5. 5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the quark mixture.
  6. 6. Take a bowl, preferably made of glass.
  7. 7. Put a layer of the quark cream into the bowl.
  8. 8. Put a layer of the frozen raspberries on top.
  9. 9. Repeat the layering until the ingredients are used up.
  10. 10. Grate the chocolate finely.
  11. 11. Sprinkle the grated chocolate over the dessert.
  12. 12. Place the dessert in the refrigerator for at least three hours.
  13. 13. Wait until the raspberries are soft.
