🍰 Crispy Potato Pancakes with Apple Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 kg potato(es)
- 1 onion(s)
- to taste egg(s) (either 1 or 2)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp flour
- oil
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and the onion. Grate them finely using the fine grater attachment of your food processor. Add 1 to 2 eggs, season with salt, and stir in some flour. Mix everything well until you have a uniform batter.
- 2. Heat oil in a frying pan. Take small portions of the mixture (about 10 cm in diameter) and place them in the hot pan. Fry the pancakes in batches until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides.
- 3. Serve the warm pancakes best with a dollop of apple sauce.
