Ingredients

- 30 g Butter
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 0.5 Liter Milk
- 5 tbsp Mustard, medium-hot
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Boil the eggs until hard-boiled.
- 2. Melt butter in a pot.
- 3. Stir in flour to make a roux (a thick paste made of fat and flour).
- 4. Gradually add the milk.
- 5. Stir vigorously to prevent burning.
- 6. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 7. Stir the mustard into the sauce.
- 8. Season with salt and pepper.
- 9. Peel the cooled eggs.
- 10. Cut them in half.
- 11. Serve them in the warm sauce.
