Ingredients
- 8 rolls
- 100 g salami
- 250 g cooked ham
- 250 g cheese (grated (e.g. Gouda))
- 400 g mushrooms (fresh, not too large)
- 1 container cream
- salt and pepper
- oregano
- possibly pizza seasoning (or Italian herb mix)
- 2 chili peppers (medium hot (to taste), chopped, optional)
Instructions
- 1. Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly. Dice the salami and ham into small pieces. Tip: If you like it spicy, add finely chopped peppers. For children and seniors, I recommend leaving these out.
- 2. Whip the cream until stiff (this is very important!). Now add all ingredients, including the cheese, to the whipped cream and mix well. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and pizza seasoning to taste.
- 3. Preheat the oven to 200 to 210 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 4. Cut the rolls in half and spread the mixture on top. Bake them for about 15 minutes in the oven.
