Ingredients
- 400 g liver sausage
- 40 g bacon (smoked)
- 2 onion(s)
- 3 tbsp oil
- 400 g potato(es)
- salt and pepper
- 250 g leek
- 2 bell pepper(s), red
- 1 container crème fraîche (with herbs)
- to taste parsley (chopped)
- paprika powder, sweet
Instructions
- 1. Cut the liver sausage into small cubes.
- 2. Dice the bacon into small pieces.
- 3. Peel the onion.
- 4. Slice the onion into rings.
- 5. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet.
- 6. Sauté the liver sausage, bacon, and onions vigorously.
- 7. Remove the mixture from the pan.
- 8. Set the mixture aside.
- 9. Peel the raw potatoes.
- 10. Cut the potatoes into small pieces.
- 11. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the same pan.
- 12. Add the potatoes to the pan.
- 13. Fry the potatoes for about 20 minutes.
- 14. Turn the potatoes occasionally.
- 15. Clean the leek.
- 16. Clean the bell peppers.
- 17. Cut the leek into small pieces.
- 18. Cut the bell peppers into small pieces.
- 19. Add the leek and bell peppers to the potatoes.
- 20. Wait for 10 minutes.
- 21. Add the liver sausage.
- 22. Mix the liver sausage in.
- 23. Season with salt.
- 24. Season with pepper.
- 25. Season with paprika powder.
- 26. Fry everything briefly.
- 27. Add the crème fraîche.
- 28. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- 29. Serve the dish immediately.
