🍕 Real Italian Pizza Dough

Ingredients
- 500 ml water, lukewarm
- 25 ml olive oil
- 40 g fresh yeast
- 20 g salt
- 1 pinch(es) sugar
- 925 g flour (plain)
Instructions
- 1. Dissolve the yeast, salt, and sugar in the lukewarm water.
- 2. Stir the olive oil into the water-yeast mixture.
- 3. Add the flour to the bowl.
- 4. Knead the ingredients into a smooth dough.
- 5. Let the dough rise in a warm place for half an hour.
- 6. Knead the dough briefly.
- 7. Place the covered dough in the refrigerator for two days.
- 8. Preheat the oven to the highest possible temperature.
- 9. Divide the dough into six portions for round pizzas.
- 10. Top the pizzas as you like with tomato sauce and cheese.
- 11. Bake the pizzas on a baking sheet or in round pans.
