🍰 Creamy Chocolate Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 120 g chocolate
- 50 g chocolate shavings
- 250 ml cream (whipped)
Instructions
- 1. Place the egg yolks, one whole egg, and the sugar in a bowl.
- 2. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is light and frothy.
- 3. Melt the chocolate until it is warm to the touch.
- 4. Add the melted chocolate to the egg mixture.
- 5. Stir everything thoroughly.
- 6. Fold in the whipped cream.
- 7. Gently mix in the grated chocolate pieces.
- 8. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
- 9. Place it in the freezer for at least four hours.
- 10. Remove the ice cream from the freezer about 15 minutes before serving.
- 11. Let it thaw at room temperature.
- 12. Feel free to experiment with different types of chocolate for new flavor adventures.
