  1. 1. Turn on the oven to 225 degrees Celsius. Select the top and bottom heat setting.
  2. 2. Put the pine nuts into a dry pan. Stir them regularly until they smell nutty and turn slightly golden brown.
  3. 3. Cut the apples into four thick slices. Each slice should be about 1.5 centimeters thick.
  4. 4. Remove the core from the apple slices.
  5. 5. Lightly grease a baking dish with some fat.
  6. 6. Place the prepared apple slices into the baking dish.
  7. 7. Place a piece of goat cheese on each apple slice.
  8. 8. Put the baking dish into the preheated oven. Bake the dish for about 20 minutes.
  9. 9. Take the baking dish out when the cheese is golden yellow and nicely baked on top.
  10. 10. Wash the salad leaves thoroughly under running water.
  11. 11. Distribute the washed salad leaves onto the serving plates.
  12. 12. Place the hot, baked goat cheese with the apple slices on top of the salad.
  13. 13. Sprinkle the toasted pine nuts over the cheese.
  14. 14. Add honey, butter, and balsamic vinegar into the still warm baking dish.
  15. 15. Stir the ingredients in the dish vigorously until a smooth sauce has formed.
  16. 16. Pour the warm sauce directly over the goat cheese.
  17. 17. Serve the dish immediately while it is still warm.
