Ingredients
- 500 g sour cream
- 200 g Gouda (or Emmentaler, grated)
- 250 g salami
- 200 g ham (toast-)
- 2 bell pepper(s), green
- oregano
- pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut all ingredients into small pieces and mix them together in a bowl. Skip the salt, as the salami and cheese are already salty enough.
- 2. Spread the mixture onto rolls, bread, or baguette and place them on a prepared baking sheet.
- 3. Bake the rolls in a hot oven at 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat for 10 minutes.
- 4. You can enjoy the spread cold, but it tastes much better when warm!
