Ingredients
- 250 g Margarine ((e.g. Sanella) or Butter)
- 200 g Sugar
- 2 Egg(s)
- 1 packet Vanilla Sugar
- 500 g Flour
- 1 packet Baking Powder
- 500 ml Milk
Instructions
- 1. Beat the margarine, sugar, eggs, and vanilla sugar with a mixer until the mixture is fluffy and airy.
- 2. Now add the flour, baking powder, and milk and stir everything well until you have a smooth batter.
- 3. Bake the batter in small portions in the waffle iron until the waffles are nicely golden brown.
- 4. Serve the waffles as you like with powdered sugar, regular sugar, or warm cherries with cream.
