Ingredients
- 500 g Drillinge (small)
- 2 garlic clove(s)
- 4 sprig(s) rosemary
- 50 ml oil
- salt and pepper
- 2 drops lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp mustard
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the potatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Place the unpeeled potatoes in a pot with salted water.
- 3. Boil the potatoes until they are cooked through.
- 4. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 5. Finely chop the garlic.
- 6. Strip the rosemary needles from the woody stems.
- 7. Cut the rosemary needles into small pieces.
- 8. Mix the chopped garlic, rosemary, and remaining ingredients with the oil.
- 9. Choose one of the two cooking methods.
- 10. Option A: Add the hot potatoes to the marinade.
- 11. Cover the bowl and let the potatoes marinate.
- 12. Thread the marinated potatoes onto skewers.
- 13. Grill the skewers.
- 14. Option B: Warm the marinade in a frying pan or wok.
- 15. Fry the potatoes in the marinade.
- 16. Cook the potatoes until they are lightly browned.
