  2. 2. Place the cheese slices in the center of a piece of aluminum foil about 30 centimeters long.
  3. 3. Season the cheese generously with the specified spices.
  4. 4. Peel the garlic cloves.
  5. 5. Crush the garlic finely using a garlic press.
  6. 6. Distribute the garlic evenly over all four cheese slices.
  7. 7. Add the olive oil.
  8. 8. Wrap the cheese tightly in the foil.
  9. 9. Make sure that no oil can leak out.
  10. 10. Preheat the oven.
  11. 11. Place the foil-wrapped sheep cheese on the middle rack.
  12. 12. Bake the cheese at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
  13. 13. Serve the foil packets with the hot cheese on large plates.
