Ingredients
- 4 piece(s) sheep's cheese
- 2 garlic clove(s)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp herbs of Provence
- 1 pinch(es) cayenne pepper
- 1 pinch(es) paprika powder, rose spicy
- 0.5 tsp cumin (whole)
Instructions
- 1. Cut two slices of sheep cheese for each person.
- 2. Place the cheese slices in the center of a piece of aluminum foil about 30 centimeters long.
- 3. Season the cheese generously with the specified spices.
- 4. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 5. Crush the garlic finely using a garlic press.
- 6. Distribute the garlic evenly over all four cheese slices.
- 7. Add the olive oil.
- 8. Wrap the cheese tightly in the foil.
- 9. Make sure that no oil can leak out.
- 10. Preheat the oven.
- 11. Place the foil-wrapped sheep cheese on the middle rack.
- 12. Bake the cheese at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
- 13. Serve the foil packets with the hot cheese on large plates.
- 14. Eat the cheese directly from the foil.
- 15. Fold the edges of the foil slightly upwards.
- 16. Prevent the oil from spilling.
- 17. Serve fresh baguette for dipping into the oil.
- 18. Drink a dry red wine with it.
