🍰 Quick Homemade Pizza Dough

Ingredients
- 450 g flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 250 ml water (lukewarm)
- 1 packet dry yeast (7 g)
Instructions
- 1. Pour the flour and salt into a large mixing bowl.
- 2. Stir the water, olive oil, and dry yeast vigorously in a measuring cup with a fork.
- 3. Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients in the bowl.
- 4. Knead the ingredients until you have a smooth dough.
- 5. Let the dough rise in a warm place for one hour.
- 6. Roll out the dough onto one or two baking sheets.
- 7. Shape the dough into round pizzas.
- 8. Top the pizzas according to your taste.
- 9. Preheat the oven to 220 to 250 degrees Celsius using top and bottom heat.
- 10. Bake the pizzas one after another in the lower part of the oven.
- 11. Bake the pizzas for 8 to 15 minutes.
- 12. Place the pizzas on a preheated pizza stone if possible.
- 13. If you do not have a pizza stone, heat the baking sheet in the oven as well.
- 14. Carefully slide the pizza onto the hot sheet using baking paper.
- 15. Alternatively, set the oven to 200 degrees Celsius top and bottom heat.
- 16. You can also set the oven to 180 degrees Celsius fan-forced.
- 17. Bake the pizza in this setting for about 20 to 25 minutes.
- 18. The exact baking time depends on how thick you rolled out the dough.
