Ingredients
- 500 g beef minced meat
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 clove(s) garlic
- 1 kg white cabbage
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 liter water
- salt and pepper, black
- a little thickener
- 1 kg potato(es)
Instructions
- 1. Fry the minced meat in the pan over high heat.
- 2. Break the meat into small crumbles using a spoon.
- 3. Dice the onions finely.
- 4. Press the garlic.
- 5. Add the onions and garlic to the meat.
- 6. Continue frying the mixture until it is brown.
- 7. Make sure the onions turn golden yellow.
- 8. Cut the white cabbage into coarse pieces.
- 9. Add the cabbage to the meat in the pan.
- 10. Fry the cabbage briefly until it browns slightly.
- 11. Stir in three tablespoons of tomato paste.
- 12. Fry the tomato paste briefly.
- 13. Deglaze everything with one liter of water.
- 14. Season with salt and pepper.
- 15. Place the lid on the pan.
- 16. Let the dish simmer on low heat.
- 17. Simmer for about 30 minutes.
- 18. Thicken the sauce at the end with sauce thickener.
- 19. Serve the dish with boiled potatoes.
- 20. Optional: Cook raw, diced potatoes directly in the pot.
- 21. This way you get a more liquid stew.
- 22. Enjoy the quick cabbage roll flavor.
