  1. 1. Add some olive oil and a sprig of rosemary to a pan and heat it up. Slice the salami roughly and fry the slices in the hot pan until crispy. Place the cooked salami on baking paper to cool down.
  2. 2. Add a little more olive oil and the baguette cubes to the still hot pan and fry them.
  3. 3. Wash the arugula and remove the tough stems. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Put everything in a large bowl and season with vinegar, oil, sea salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Add the cooled, crispy bread cubes and the salami slices to the salad and mix everything well. Finally, fold in grated Parmesan cheese and sprinkle the rest on top.
