🍽️ Crunchy Italian Bread Salad

Ingredients
- olive oil to taste
- 1 rosemary sprig(s)
- 100 g salami (spicy)
- 0.5 baguette(s) (diced)
- 100 g arugula
- 120 g cherry tomato(es)
- 20 ml balsamic vinegar, light
- sea salt and pepper
- 50 g parmesan, grated
Instructions
- 1. Add some olive oil and a sprig of rosemary to a pan and heat it up. Slice the salami roughly and fry the slices in the hot pan until crispy. Place the cooked salami on baking paper to cool down.
- 2. Add a little more olive oil and the baguette cubes to the still hot pan and fry them.
- 3. Wash the arugula and remove the tough stems. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Put everything in a large bowl and season with vinegar, oil, sea salt, and pepper.
- 4. Add the cooled, crispy bread cubes and the salami slices to the salad and mix everything well. Finally, fold in grated Parmesan cheese and sprinkle the rest on top.
