Ingredients
- 90 g flour
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch salt
- 25 g sugar
- 75 ml milk
- 2 large apples (tart (e.g. Boskoop))
- 4 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- 1. Put the first five ingredients into a bowl.
- 2. Mix the ingredients into a thick batter.
- 3. Peel the apples.
- 4. Remove the core from the apples.
- 5. Slice the apples into thin rounds.
- 6. Dip the apple rounds into the batter.
- 7. Let the excess batter drip off the rounds for a moment.
- 8. Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
- 9. Fry the apple rings in batches over medium heat until golden brown.
- 10. This recipe yields 12 to 16 pieces.
