🍰 Hildes Plum Cake with Cinnamon Crumble

Ingredients
- 150 g flour
- 1 packet instant vanilla pudding mix
- 120 g butter
- 60 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch baking powder
- 1 splash rum
- 0.5 kg plums
- 100 g flour
- 75 g butter
- 50 g sugar
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Knead all ingredients from flour to rum into a smooth dough. Place it in a greased 26-centimeter springform pan and form a crust edge.
- 2. Top the dough with pitted and halved plums.
- 3. Knead crumble topping from ingredients from flour to cinnamon and distribute it over the cake.
- 4. Bake the cake at 180 degrees Celsius top and bottom heat for 35 to 40 minutes.
