🍽️ Crunchy Chocolate Cornflake Balls

Ingredients
- 200 g couverture (vegan)
- 60 g cornflakes
- 60 g almond sticks (or almond slices)
Instructions
- 1. Crush the cornflakes slightly if they are still too large.
- 2. Put the cornflakes and the almonds into a bowl.
- 3. Mix the dry ingredients well together.
- 4. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler.
- 5. Pour the melted chocolate completely over the cornflake and almond mixture.
- 6. Stir everything until every cornflake and almond is evenly coated with chocolate.
- 7. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
- 8. Use two small spoons to form small mounds of the mixture onto the sheet.
- 9. Let the balls cool down at room temperature until they are firm.
- 10. Wait about 3 hours until the chocolate is completely hard.
