Ingredients
- 200 g margarine
- 200 g sugar
- 3 egg(s)
- 180 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 200 ml milk
- 45 g cocoa powder
- 50 g chocolate sprinkles
- 45 g coconut flakes
- fat (for the pan)
- optional chocolate glaze
Instructions
- 1. Beat the margarine with the sugar until creamy.
- 2. Stir the eggs into the mixture.
- 3. Add the flour, baking powder, milk, cocoa, chocolate sprinkles, and coconut flakes.
- 4. Mix all ingredients well together.
- 5. Pour the batter into a greased 26-centimeter springform pan.
- 6. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 7. Bake the cake for 60 minutes.
- 8. Glaze the finished cake with chocolate as desired.
