Ingredients
- 200 g flour
- 0.5 packet baking powder
- 1 egg
- 75 g sugar
- 65 g butter
- fat for the pan
- 200 g sugar
- 1 cup oil (small cup of 100 ml)
- 4 eggs
- 0.5 liter milk
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 packet vanilla pudding powder
- 1 kg quark
Instructions
- 1. Mix flour, baking powder, one egg, sugar, and butter for the shortcrust pastry. Then divide the dough into two equal parts. Grease a 28-centimeter springform pan. Shape the rim with the first half of the dough and line the bottom with the second half.
- 2. Combine all filling ingredients in a large bowl. Pour the mixture into the pan. Since the filling is very liquid, it will spread out on its own.
- 3. Bake the cake in the preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius top and bottom heat for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. If the surface gets too dark, simply place a piece of baking paper on top.
- 4. Turn off the oven after the baking time. Let the cake stand in the oven overnight to cool down slowly.
