  1. 1. Mix flour, baking powder, one egg, sugar, and butter for the shortcrust pastry. Then divide the dough into two equal parts. Grease a 28-centimeter springform pan. Shape the rim with the first half of the dough and line the bottom with the second half.
  2. 2. Combine all filling ingredients in a large bowl. Pour the mixture into the pan. Since the filling is very liquid, it will spread out on its own.
  3. 3. Bake the cake in the preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius top and bottom heat for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. If the surface gets too dark, simply place a piece of baking paper on top.
  4. 4. Turn off the oven after the baking time. Let the cake stand in the oven overnight to cool down slowly.
