🍽️ Creamy Feta Dip

Ingredients
- 200 g feta cheese (or sheep's milk cheese)
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tbsp parsley, flat-leaf (fresh)
- 0.5 sprig rosemary
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 bell pepper, red (alternatively 1/2 tsp tomato paste)
- salt and pepper
- maybe milk (or water as needed)
Instructions
- 1. Place all ingredients in a tall container.
- 2. Blend the mixture with a hand blender until it is completely smooth.
- 3. Season the cream to taste with salt and pepper.
- 4. Check the consistency.
- 5. Stir in a little milk or water if the cream is too thick.
- 6. Serve the cream warm with flatbread.
- 7. Fill small peppers or cherry tomatoes with the cream.
- 8. Pluck the herb leaves from the stems.
- 9. Avoid chopping the herbs with a knife to maintain a coarse texture.
- 10. Decide whether to add paprika for more color or leave it out for a lighter cream.
- 11. Add fresh or dried chili if you like it spicy.
