🍝 Salmon cubes in cream sauce with pasta

Ingredients
- 500 g pasta (e.g. tagliatelle or other)
- 500 g salmon fillet(s) (frozen)
- butter
- 2 cups cream
- 2 tsp vegetable broth powder
- 2 tsp tomato paste
- pepper, white
Instructions
- 1. Let the salmon thaw. If it is still slightly frozen, wash it and cut it into small cubes.
- 2. In the meantime, cook the pasta.
- 3. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the salmon cubes in it for about 5 minutes on all sides. Pour in the cream, season with vegetable bouillon powder, tomato paste, and pepper, and let the sauce boil again.
- 4. Serve the sauce together with the pasta.
