Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 500 ml milk
- 1 pinch(es) salt
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 4 egg(s)
- 1 tbsp cognac
- 50 g butter
Instructions
- 1. This yields about 12 French, paper-thin pancakes.
- 2. Whisk together flour, milk, salt, vanilla sugar, and eggs. Add the cognac and melted butter, then mix everything well.
- 3. Heat a pan over medium heat. Pour in one portion of batter, just enough to cover the bottom. Cook the pancake for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side over medium heat.
- 4. Fill the crêpes as you like with jam, sugar, cinnamon, cheese, or ham. Roll the pancake slightly and enjoy.
