  1. 1. Turn on your oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
  2. 2. Put quark, flour, one egg, a pinch of salt, oil, milk, and baking powder into a bowl.
  3. 3. Stir the ingredients together until you have a smooth dough.
  4. 4. Grease a baking sheet with some fat.
  5. 5. Roll out the dough flat on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. 6. Slice the onions into thin rounds.
  7. 7. Sauté the onion slices in a pan until they are translucent.
  8. 8. Let the sautéed onions cool down.
  9. 9. Mix the cooled onions with cream, yogurt, cornstarch, and soft margarine.
  10. 10. Cut the ham into small cubes.
  11. 11. Grate the Emmental cheese into fine strips.
  12. 12. Add the diced ham and grated cheese to the onion mixture.
  13. 13. Stir the remaining beaten eggs into the filling.
  14. 14. Season the entire filling generously with salt and pepper.
  15. 15. Spread the onion topping evenly over the dough.
  16. 16. Place the tray on the middle rack in the oven.
  17. 17. Bake the tart for 20 to 25 minutes.
