🍽️ Crunchy Onion Tart

Ingredients
- 200 g quark
- 400 g flour
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch salt
- 8 tbsp oil
- 6 tbsp milk
- 1 packet baking powder
- fats for the baking sheet
- 7 onions
- 40 g margarine
- 300 ml sour cream
- 300 g yogurt
- 300 g cooked ham
- 300 g Emmental
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 3 eggs
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Turn on your oven to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Put quark, flour, one egg, a pinch of salt, oil, milk, and baking powder into a bowl.
- 3. Stir the ingredients together until you have a smooth dough.
- 4. Grease a baking sheet with some fat.
- 5. Roll out the dough flat on the prepared baking sheet.
- 6. Slice the onions into thin rounds.
- 7. Sauté the onion slices in a pan until they are translucent.
- 8. Let the sautéed onions cool down.
- 9. Mix the cooled onions with cream, yogurt, cornstarch, and soft margarine.
- 10. Cut the ham into small cubes.
- 11. Grate the Emmental cheese into fine strips.
- 12. Add the diced ham and grated cheese to the onion mixture.
- 13. Stir the remaining beaten eggs into the filling.
- 14. Season the entire filling generously with salt and pepper.
- 15. Spread the onion topping evenly over the dough.
- 16. Place the tray on the middle rack in the oven.
- 17. Bake the tart for 20 to 25 minutes.
