  3. 3. Sauté the onion in the pan until soft.
  4. 4. Add the zucchini cubes to the onion in the pan.
  5. 5. Crumble the soup cube over the vegetables.
  6. 6. Season everything with salt, pepper, and herb salt.
  7. 7. Cut the ham into small pieces.
  8. 8. Stir the ham pieces into the vegetable mixture.
  9. 9. Fry the entire filling thoroughly.
  10. 10. Let the filling cool down completely.
  11. 11. Stir the eggs and half of the cheese into the cold filling.
  12. 12. Roll out the puff pastry flat.
  13. 13. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the pastry.
  14. 14. Spread the zucchini mixture evenly over the pastry.
  15. 15. Roll the pastry tightly into a strudel.
  16. 16. Brush the surface of the strudel with the egg.
  17. 17. Bake the strudel in the oven on the middle rack at 170 degrees Celsius convection for about 35 minutes.
