🍰 Chocolate Dream Sheet Cake

Ingredients
- 250 g Butter
- 250 g Dark chocolate
- 6 Eggs
- 200 g Sugar
- 250 g Almonds, ground
- 100 g Flour
- Coating chocolate
- Almond slices (or colorful sugar sprinkles for decorating)
- Fat for the pan
Instructions
- 1. Turn on your oven and set it to 180 degrees Celsius for top and bottom heat (if using hot air, set it to 160 degrees Celsius).
- 2. Melt the butter and chocolate together in a pot. Whisk the eggs for four minutes, add the sugar and stir well. Let the butter and chocolate mixture cool down slightly, then add it to the egg and sugar mixture. Now stir in the almonds and flour.
- 3. Grease a baking sheet with some fat and spread the batter evenly over it. Place the sheet in the oven and bake the cake for 15 minutes.
- 4. Pour the melted coating over the still warm cake and decorate it with almond slices or colorful sugar sprinkles. Tip: The batter does not rise much in the oven, but it remains moist and delicious.
