  7. 7. Slice the spring onions into thin rings.
  8. 8. Chop the parsley finely.
  9. 9. Stir the oil and tomato paste into the bulgur.
  10. 10. Taste and adjust the seasoning with more salt if needed.
  11. 11. Gently fold in the chopped vegetables and parsley.
