🍽️ Simple Waffle Batter – Quick & Easy

Ingredients
- 250 g margarine (room temperature)
- 250 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 6 egg yolks
- 6 egg whites (beaten stiff)
- 500 g flour
- 1 packet baking powder
- 450 ml milk (lukewarm)
Instructions
- 1. Beat the margarine, sugar, vanilla sugar, and egg yolk until creamy. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add the lukewarm milk (not hot!). Stir everything into the butter-sugar-egg mixture. Finally, gently fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites using a whisk.
- 2. Preheat the waffle iron. Depending on the size of the iron, place 2 to 3 tablespoons of batter in the center. Bake the waffle for about 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown.
