Ingredients

- 250 g Margarine
- 250 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla Sugar
- 250 g Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 cup Egg Liqueur (approx. 150 ml content)
- 2.5 tbsp Nutella
Instructions
- 1. Beat the eggs, margarine, sugar, and vanilla sugar until creamy.
- 2. Gently fold in the flour and the baking powder (a leavening agent that fluffs up the batter).
- 3. Stir the egg liqueur into the batter.
- 4. Take half of the finished batter and fill it into a Bundt cake pan.
- 5. Stir the Nutella into the remaining half of the batter.
- 6. Add the Nutella batter to the pan as well.
- 7. Bake the cake at 175 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat for 75 minutes.
