  1. 1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until you have a uniform dough. Note: The flavor powder acts as a sugar substitute.
  2. 2. Add chocolate chunks to the dough or place them on top of the muffins before baking, according to your preference.
  3. 3. Fill the muffin cups with the batter.
  4. 4. Preheat the air fryer to 160 °C and bake the muffins for 12 to 18 minutes until golden brown.
  5. 5. Let the muffins cool in the molds for at least 30 minutes. One hour is ideal so the oats set and release easily.
  6. 6. If you prefer a softer texture over the typical chewiness, grind the oats finely before preparation.
