🍰 Crunchy Oat Muffins from the Air Fryer

Ingredients
- 80 g oats, fine
- 150 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 2 egg(s)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp flavor powder (flavor to your liking)
- a pinch of salt
- as needed chocolate chunks (premium dark chocolate)
Instructions
- 1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until you have a uniform dough. Note: The flavor powder acts as a sugar substitute.
- 2. Add chocolate chunks to the dough or place them on top of the muffins before baking, according to your preference.
- 3. Fill the muffin cups with the batter.
- 4. Preheat the air fryer to 160 °C and bake the muffins for 12 to 18 minutes until golden brown.
- 5. Let the muffins cool in the molds for at least 30 minutes. One hour is ideal so the oats set and release easily.
- 6. If you prefer a softer texture over the typical chewiness, grind the oats finely before preparation.
